Dive into a different part of the GRAMMY Award-winning King of Pop’s life in superbly vivid detail as this multi-awarded musical revives the most deciding chapters that turned his career into a thing of legend. Mainly focused on the era-defining 1992 Dangerous World Tour, the production offers a gripping story from behind the curtains in two and a half hours of exclusive anecdotes and real-life accounts, interspersed by MJ's perfectionist soul, impeccable sound, and hypnotic motion.

MJ - The Life Story of Michael Jackson debuted in December 2021 as an instant box-office breakout, winning four Tony Awards, one Outer Critics Circle Award, and three Drama Desk Awards. It was distinctly applauded for its choreographed work, which showcases MJ's inventive dance steps, such as the “Robot,” with perfect fluidity. This upcoming national series will once again employ two-time Pulitzer Prize awardee Lynn Nottage’s enthralling book, with direction and choreography from Tony Award winner Christopher Wheeldon. As for its score, the production will play more than 25 of Michael's GREATEST songs, which include “Jam,” “Black or White,” and “Billie Jean.”
